Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates - Air Purifiers Direct

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our freight carriers delivery procedures have been modified. Please see below for latest updates or changes.

 

There may be extended delivery delays for deliveries going to the lockdown and nearby areas within Melbourne. Similar delays may be experienced for any other areas around the country that have been locked down.

CURRENTLY, ALL OF OUR DELIVERIES WILL BE DELIVERED WITH AUTHORITY TO LEAVE AS STANDARD REGARDLESS OF YOUR DELIVERY PREFERENCE SELECTED DURING CHECKOUT.

This means that the delivery driver will leave the goods in a safe place and take a picture for proof of delivery. If you are not home and they are unable to leave your goods in a safe place, they will leave a calling card for you to contact them to arrange a collection from either a specified local collection point or the nearest depot. 

Note that the delivery driver and your own interpretation of a safe place may differ slightly. If you are concerned about this and don't want your order left as an Authority to Leave, please contact the delivery company directly with your tracking number handy to make alternate arrangements.
