Note that InovaAir systems currently have a wait time of 8 weeks to dispatch due to extremely high demand from Hospitals and Medical Centres.
Who Delivers your Items
Dispatch of Orders: All orders are dispatched from either our own or our suppliers Australian warehouses. Orders are checked before they leave the warehouse to ensure that they are in good condition. If you suspect that the goods have been damaged during transit, we strongly advise that you visually inspect the goods upon delivery as once you sign for the goods you are relieving Air Purifiers Direct of any liability for transit damage or loss.
Delivery to Post Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Locked Bags: We no longer deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers. All orders must be delivered to a residential or business street address.
ATL (Authority to Leave): We also offer an authority to leave option for certain products. By selecting this option you accept full responsibility for the goods as soon as they leave our or our suppliers warehouse. This means that you relieve Air Purifiers Direct of any liability for loss or damage during transit or after goods have been left at the delivery address.
Some Remote Locations May Incur a Delivery Fee: We offer free delivery to metropolitan and most regional areas around Australia. We also deliver to remote locations however; we may need to charge a delivery fee for some remote areas. This will depend on the location and the goods being delivered. If we need to charge for delivery, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Incorrect Delivery Address: If items are returned to us due to the customer providing an incorrect or expired delivery address, we may charge a 15% handling and restocking fee for returns. If the goods are lost or stolen due to an incorrect or expired delivery address, it will be the customers responsibility to track down and retrieve their goods as we can only assist in a limited capacity to access proof of delivery to that address from the freight carrier.
Missed Delivery - Customer Collection: We require signatures for most deliveries, so if you are not at the delivery address to accept and sign for your order, a calling card will be left to collect from the freight carriers local depot, nearby collection point or (post office if delivered by Aust Post) .
You will be required to collect your order from the freight company depot, collection point or post office within a limited time before the goods are returned to us.
If a customer fails to collect their order within the allocated time, we may charge a handling and restocking fee. If the customer requires a re-delivery after goods have been returned to us, an additional freight charge will be applied. Click here for more information
